Mohamed Salah Extends Statement to Liverpool Dressing Room, Reveals Curtis Jones
Curtis Jones has shared that Salah apologised to the entire Liverpool squad after the fallout from his public comments.

He was omitted from a key Champions League match after making accusations and suggesting his rapport with Arne Slot had deteriorated.
“Mo is his own man and he can say his own stuff,” the midfielder said. “His apology was clear and was like: ‘If my words hurt anyone, I apologise.’”
The head coach has previously declined to reveal on whether he got an explanation from the player.
Looking Ahead
He emphasized that the team's response remained positive. “He was the exact same Mo, his demeanour was positive and we all treated him normally,” he continued.
Jones also suggested that a competitor wanting to play is a positive trait. “I understand there are different methods you can express yourself,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just sit out, then I think that’s a bigger problem.”
Positive Results
Liverpool's form have remained strong in the matches since the interview fallout. Jones believes the Salah's words were never meant to cause disruption.
“In moments of frustration, it has consistently come from a place of caring,” he finished. “We’re past that now and we’re gelling well as a team, performing and securing victories.”
